PLAYGROUP

Our Playgroup programme is for 1.5 - 2.5-year-olds. Our little athletes are prepared for future sports-specific classes by learning transferable skills such as basic rolling, throwing, striking and handling.

A big part of our program is to reinforce our student's current knowledge of animals, colours, numbers and body parts through games and drills.

A guardian must be present throughout to assist the child when need.

SPORTS DISCOVERY

Following the path of our playgroup program we continue to develop our students gross motor skills through challenging activities; introduce them to reception skills and ball manipulation skills.

At this level we introduce children to the sports Basketball, Athletics, Football, Tennis, Street Hockey and Touch Rugby.

Through supportive coaching our students improve and develop their physical fitness, sports ability and identity. Our goal is to help each child identify their strengths within the programme and provide them the opportunity to choose their favourite sport.

Other than teaching sports skills we also focus on developing our students soft skills. Through setting rules and social standards for situations kids commonly encounter we help develop our students character.

MULTI-SPORTS

Our Multi-sports programme is for children who have had little exposure to sports; are unsure about focussing on a particular sport; or dislikes too much emphasis on competition.

This programme exposes children to a variety of sports such as athletics, basketball, hockey, football, and tennis.

Other than teaching sports skills we also focus on developing our students soft skills. Through setting rules and social standards for situations kids commonly encounter we help develop our students character.

LEARN TO SWIM

With the aim of creating an encouraging environment for students to enjoy learning in, we set out rules at the beginning of class which cover social interactions, manners and safety. Our students end each session with a reflection time highlighting their individual strengths and rules they followed.

This class focuses on teaching the fundamental skills needed to efficiently swim doggy paddle. Areas we focus on are kicking, body position, floating and foundation level strokes. The aim of this class is to build a strong foundation to aid in progressing towards a well performed Freestyle and Backstroke.

Parents are encouraged to get involved as assistant coaches under the guidance of our staff to enrich your child experience. A great way to monitor your child's swimming ability and help them develop a strong foundation for swimming.
