Join us in learning to swim your strokes in a streamlined position! We provide various programs for different levels of swimmers, check out below for more details!

Choosing a program

Nervous beginners

This program is designed to assist children in developing the confidence to submerge underwater and float. It follows a structured class format that progresses through various stages, ultimately leading children to willingly submerge underwater. Upon completion of the program, students should be able to fully submerge, perform assisted floats, and swim independently for a distance of 2 meters.

Acquire the skills of diving underwater, staying afloat, and controlling your breath.

Beginners

This class is designed for kids who are comfortable submerging the pool after pushing off the wall. The main objective of this program is to help children feel at ease while holding floats on their front and back, using a kickboard, and propelling themselves in a streamlined position. Additionally, they will learn the basics of freestyle stroke, including rotations, kicks, and strokes while in the position.

First strokes

Our class focuses on teaching the front crawl and backstroke techniques. Students practice half lengths in drills and full lengths on full stroke. Additionally, we organize enjoyable activities like relays, tag games, and fun dives. Our goal is to make the sessions both fun and productive by promoting intrinsic learning. By attending our class, you can enhance your freestyle and backstroke techniques and swim a distance of 25 meters.

Advanced strokes

In Advanced Strokes, swimmers are required to demonstrate a consistent and controlled in front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke, covering distances of at least 25 meters. They should also be proficient in executing the butterfly stroke with fluidity. The focus is on enhancing swimming techniques, building endurance, and showcasing a diverse repertoire of aquatic skills. Swimmers will face challenges designed to refine their abilities.

SWIMMING

At our swimming program, we're dedicated to introducing children to the wonderful world of swimming in a way that is enjoyable, exciting, and safe. We believe that learning to swim should be a fun and engaging experience for your child, and our classes are designed with that in mind.

To ensure personalized attention, we keep our class sizes small. Smaller groups also foster a sense of camaraderie and encourage teamwork among the participants.
